I'm contacting you as the organiser of a fun day called 'Join in Japan', in May.
Our Scout County is taking 130 Explorer Scouts plus leaders to Japan and the Nippon Jamboree, sited close to Mount Fuji, in the Summer !
As part of the experience, we are having a fun day - 'Join in Japan', for the younger members of our County, the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.
The day will be all things Japanese hence my enquiry to you, to invite you to join us for the day!
The day will take place on Saturday 22nd May, at Linnet Clough Scout Camp, Gibb Lane, Mellor, Nr Marple Bridge, Cheshire, starting at 10.00hrs till 17.00hrs.
Free overnight indoor accomodation is available , as is breakfast and lunch on the Saturday.
Not only is the day a chance for the younger members to feel involved but we are also raising funds towards the £150,000 required to be raised for the trip to take place.
