Description
BORN 2 BOUNCE offers a range of bouncy castles for all your needs.
with a friendly service you can trust. Clean and quality castles, we are sure you will use us time and time again.
What power does it require?
The electrical blower supplied requires a 3 pin 13 amp socket (Ordinary household plug socket) or we can supply a generator/petrol blower at extra cost. Either of these must be requested at the time of booking.
What if the inflatable goes down?
Safety first. Get everybody off immediately. Unplug the unit. Telephone us. Do not attempt to repair any of our electrical equipment even if you are a qualified electrician. Do not attempt any repair of our equipment.
Can we keep it overnight?
Yes but overnight charges may apply and this can only be arranged at booking. You will be responsible for the safekeeping of our inflatable and other equipment.
How long does it take to set up?
Approximately five-ten minutes dependent on the size of the inflatable.
Can we turn off the blower when the inflatable is not in use?
Yes. Just switch off and unplug from your household socket. Please remember that inflatable go down quickly, NOBODY
should be on it whilst it is deflating.
Is there any reason that you will not be able to deliver?
We reserve the right not to deliver if we deem the requested site to be unsuitable.
Please ensure all areas are completely free from garden debris and pet waste or a castle cleaning charge will be
incurred. We also reserve right not to deliver in extreme weather conditions.
Can we put a inflatable on a patio, tarmac path/area or driveway?
Generally no for safety reasons. If you are unsure please ring us and we will try to advise you.
Can we plug two inflatable into one extension lead?
No. One lead is required for each inflatable, which will be provided.
Can adults use all of your castles?
No. We only supply inflatable for children.
How much does the castle cost to run?
The castle takes up 1 pence a day of Electricity.
Any cancellation charge?
No. We completely understand that the British climate isn't the most reliable, and just require 24 hours notice.
Delivery Times
Delivery times start anytime after 10.00am
More accurate delivery times can be attained the evening before.
A responsible adult needs to be in to take delivery, to be shown safety procedures and to made full payment.
We have a lot of castles to deliver on the day, and time is short so please be in at the agreed time, with your garden
ready and sufficient clear access on the day.
Collection Times
Collection times are from 5pm till 8pm
We can agree on the morning or when you book the collection time,
please make sure that you are ready for us when we collect.
All other times (including overnight) are by prior arrangement ONLY and will be charged extra
